30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Backlink Monitor subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase, or
Contact our support team and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we will review your request.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.

Additional rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country. Payment, billing, and refund mechanics are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
